Privacy Policy
NurseNote Lab ("we", "us") stores the information you provide (email, notes, images, quizzes, quiz attempts, and subscription status) to run the service. Payment information is handled by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your notes to train third-party models beyond the specific inference calls needed to answer your requests. You may export or delete your data at any time from your account.
No PHI. This service is intended for de-identified study material. Do not upload real patient names, medical record numbers, dates of birth, addresses, or photographs of real charts.
Terms of Service
By using NurseNote Lab you agree that it is provided "as is" for educational study purposes. You are responsible for the content you upload, for keeping your account secure, and for verifying every AI-generated question against your instructor, textbooks, and institutional policy.
We may suspend accounts that upload identifiable patient information, attempt to abuse the service, or violate applicable law.
Refund Policy
The 7-day free trial gives you unrestricted time to evaluate NurseNote Lab Pro before being charged. Cancel any time during the trial and you will not be billed.
Once billed, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you were charged in error or believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable consumer law, contact support within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith.
Subscription & Cancellation Policy
NurseNote Lab Pro is a recurring subscription that renews automatically until canceled.
- Price: $7.99 per month, or $59.99 per year.
- Free trial: 7 days. Your card is authorized but not charged until the trial ends.
- First charge: Immediately after the 7-day trial ends, unless canceled.
- Renewal: Monthly plans renew each month; annual plans renew each year on the anniversary of your first charge.
- Cancellation: Cancel any time from Billing → Manage subscription (Stripe customer portal). Access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Failed payment: If a renewal payment fails you will have a 3-day grace period to update your payment method before Pro access is downgraded.
- After cancellation / expiration: Your notes, images, quizzes, and study history are preserved. You can continue to view them, subject to Free Starter usage limits.

NurseNote Lab is an educational study tool. It is not a substitute for clinical judgment, licensed instructors, primary textbooks, current evidence-based guidelines, or the policies of your school, employer, or licensing body. AI-generated questions and rationales may contain errors and MUST be verified before relying on them for patient care or examinations.
Never enter identifiable patient information. Anything you upload should already be fully de-identified.
